Groundbreaking: DCTWRP Maintenance Facility

Construction began in October 2025 on the LEED-Gold Donald C. Tillman Water Reclamation Plant (DCTWRP) Maintenance Warehouse Facility (MWF) in Van Nuys, which will support LA Dept of Sanitation’s maintenance operations. The 2-story, 45,000 SF building combines ground-floor warehouse and shops with an upper administrative wing featuring offices, meeting rooms, and flexible training spaces for over 100 people. A public lobby provides welcome and exhibition space for the building, which also acts as a gateway to the DCTWRP campus with its beloved Japanese Garden and Visitors Center.
