JFAK’s Donald C. Tillman Water Reclamation Plant (DCTWRP) Maintenance & Warehouse Facility and Council District 8 Navigation Center were each awarded an SCDF Design Citation honor in the Unbuilt category at the organization’s annual Design & Philanthropy Awards Gala on December 8.
