December 22, 2023
The Palm Springs Homeless Navigation Center, slated to open next year and supported by the visionary leadership of the City of Palm Springs, received an AIA/LA NEXT LA Design Award, reaffirming our efforts to bring attention to the great benefits of design when used to support our unhoused citizens. Palm Springs Homeless Navigation Center offers 80 transitional residential units in new modular construction, along with indoor and outdoor community gathering spaces in a campus-like setting. Supportive services including laundry, personal hygiene, recuperative care, assistance with job and permanent housing placement, and early entry facility beds are provided in two large renovated warehouses.
