Wonderland ES Kindergarten Wins SARA National Design Award

Wonderland ES Kindergarten Classroom Building and Learning Garden has been awarded a 2024 National Design Award from the Society of American Registered Architects (SARA). JFAK was celebrated alongside fellow honorees and industry professionals during last month’s ceremony at the iconic TWA Hotel in New York City.
Recognized in the Institutional category, our project for LA Unified School District adds a state-of-the-art new classroom building and vibrant outdoor spaces to a hillside public elementary school campus. The sculptural and light-filled design expresses our belief that “wonder” can be expressed through architecture that is simple, joyful, and full of surprises.
